Maze, a product research platform, was expanding its offering with new tools aimed at helping research teams streamline interviews and participant recruitment. They needed UX writing support to define microcopy, guide users through complex flows and shape the brand voice across new features.

• Wrote UX copy for features like Interview Studies and Maze Panel, ensuring clarity and ease of use across onboarding, tooltips, and CTAs.

• Contributed to the naming of new tools and features, balancing internal strategy with user-facing clarity.

• Collaborated with product designers, researchers, and PMs to align content with product goals and user needs.
